Reflecting on 2025: celebrations, expansion and a trip to parliament
As we welcome 2026, we’re taking a moment to reflect on 2025 here at County Milk Products. 2025 was a year full of milestones, celebrations and achievements and we could not have done it without our great team.
Celebrating people and milestones
Last year, we marked some truly special occasions. In October, we celebrated our owners John and Marie Langslow’s 60th wedding anniversary – a testament to enduring partnerships, both in family and business.
December was full of festive cheer, from our Christmas party in Wilmslow, complete with some entertaining karaoke performances (showcasing some hidden talents!), to our annual Christmas buffet, a long-standing company tradition. At County Milk, we’re proud of our people, the long service of our colleagues and the camaraderie that makes working here so rewarding.
We’ve also seen growth across the business. To support this and future plans, several team members are taking on new responsibilities in 2026 and we recently announced a number of key promotions. This is a reflection of our commitment to nurturing talent from within. More on this soon….
Expanding our reach
2025 was a year of highlighting our nationwide presence. Did you know we operate from state-of-the-art facilities and offices across the UK?

- Protein Partners – Experts in co-packing for sports nutrition, health and wellness
- London Office – Supporting trading partnerships across Europe and beyond
Our new branding and website, launched in August, reflecting how we’ve evolved over recent years. With a more aligned look and a user-friendly experience, our website shares our full product range and capabilities, processing expertise, our people and the strong family and partnership values that drive us.
Celebrating 30 years of County Milk Products
2025 marked 30 years since County Milk Products was founded. From our beginnings as a small dairy ingredients supplier to becoming the largest British family-owned dairy company, it’s been an incredible journey. This milestone is a testament to three decades of dedication, innovation and family values and to the people and partners who have been part of our story along the way.
Engaging with the global dairy community
We were proud to connect with the dairy and food industry at home and abroad. Our team attended numerous trade events, including:
- UK Dairy Day – Telford, England
- FI Asia – Bangkok, Thailand
- SPACE – Rennes, France
- Anuga – Cologne, Germany
- FI Europe – Paris, France
- AgriScot – Edinburgh, Scotland
- Saudi Agriculture – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Bath and West Dairy Show – Somerset, England
These events gave us the opportunity to talk about what we do, connect with partners and explore the latest innovations shaping the future of dairy. With another busy year ahead, the team will once again be out on the road.
As a member of the Provision Trade Federation, Natalie Bass and Phil Langslow attended a Parliament meeting with Esther McVey, MP for Tatton. We discussed the rising costs facing the dairy and food industry, from National Insurance to packaging and Brexit-related expenses and how these issues will be raised with the Government in 2026.
Looking ahead
As we reflect on 2025, we are proud of everything our team has achieved. From nurturing long-standing and new client partnerships, to maintaining manufacturing excellence through a culture of continuous improvement, our refreshed branding and 30 years of County Milk Products… it has been a year to remember.
